Might be wise to wait until earnings are out (early May) before stepping in.  However, I feel it will be a good report and the price should respond accordingly.  As has been speculated by others on this board, the down trend could be sparked by those wanting to accumulate from nervous shareholders (the little guys siting under the mushrooms:)
