stock trading

stock trading
can someone explain to me why I see the directors, trading every day, the same amounts of stock?
I look at the SEDI filings and see buying and selling of the exact same shares with in minutes at the same price....!   The only thing I can think of is, to make it appear theres is large interest in the stock and show large shares traded......true or false....?
