Oh I agree completely, I'm not concerned at all about TDJ's ability to get the financing, just based on their track record. I was just trying to explain why the specific details/conditions of the financing weren't in the most recent NR.

neoneil wrote: IMHO i do not see it being an issue. Taylor-DeJongh (TDJ) is an independent investment banking firm providing strategic, project finance and corporate advisory services for oil & gas, power, industrial and infrastructure clients globally. For over 30 years, the firm has successfully advised on the development and structuring of over US$250 billion worth of debt and equity investments in more than 110 countries. TDJ is globally respected for its expertise in project finance advisory and is consistently ranked among the top global financial institutions for energy finance advisory. The firm’s principals bring extensive experience in corporate finance and capital raising to clients’ energy and infrastructure businesses worldwide.

I had thought about that as well. I think it may be due to the fact that, as another user (KeyserSoze007) pointed out:

Taylor DeJohngh is an investment bank, retained on a best-efforts basis by companies to raise capital.  EPO does not have a $10MM coming in from Taylor DeJohngh, rather they have engaged this firm to find the funding for them, and they hope to have it in the next 30 days.  I hope for all our sakes they find the capital :

So Taylor DeJohngh is essentially helping EPO round up funding from various sources. Since the NR is basically an announcement saying 'Taylor DeJohngh is going to get us funding' instead of 'we have obtained funding' I don't think they can include the details of what the funding looks like (since it hasn't happened yet), although as Alpha pointed out it is described as equity financing which means investors get a piece of the company.

NEO If you could and have the time, could you pls share the level 2? Good luck to all Chris
