EPO does not have a $10MM coming in from Taylor DeJohngh, rather they have engaged this firm to find the funding for them, and they hope to have it in the next 30 days. So Taylor DeJohngh is essentially helping EPO round up funding from various sources. Since the NR is basically an announcement saying 'Taylor DeJohngh is going to get us funding' instead of 'we have obtained funding' I don't think they can include the details of what the funding looks like (since it hasn't happened yet), although as Alpha pointed out it is described as equity financing which means investors get a piece of the company.
