Poubelle, if you go to this February 2017 Analysts report, it is all outlined on Page 5:
https://www.cibt.net/investors/analyst_coverage/research201702.pdf There you can see that to date, CIBT owns 26.8% of the Education Supercentre, 20% of the Mega Centre in Surrey, and as much as 38.5% of the 330 bed Pearson coming online shortly. Toby has converted management fees in some projects to increased ownership, something I wouldn't be surprised to see him do on the Mega Centre.
It should be mentioned that this analysts report was before the KGIC acquisition so that wasn't priced in at all - waiting for NEW reports!!
