This is exactly the problem, because common passengers don't know much about the technicality of an airplanes... if you are telling him that he is flying on a plane with no power in the cabin.. this is some major sht to worry about.. and can become viral in social media. 


Googled c-series and power issue?  Obviously has not gone viral?  Do you have link or were you the only passenger on that fllight?
