So, it llooks like non controlling shareholders basically own much of the company. Looking out to 2018 and assuming fair value gains in real estate of 16 million, the company earns 18.9 million or .26 pershare.
But after the controlling interests(i.e Friends and relatives..) take their share of 14 million, we investors get only 4 million or 6 cents pershare.
Something smells here. The money collected in bought deals is somehow being filtered to the non coltrolling shareholders I bet. The Chinese are devious people.
