North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

Something HAS been wrong for over 6 months rob. I do not think anything is imminent as far as a takeover but the fact that we are now trading at roughly $500 million ex cash has to open the eyes of any potential acquirer. They paid more than that for RMC. I honestly do not understand the dislocation in value here. Friday's call and the various questions brought up by analysts will be extremely interesting. Bisha even with all of its potential has become a big headache for NSU. I have been saying for over 6 months that they should just sell it. I am sure that there is more than one Chinese company that would love to have it along with the huge unexplored land package they now have not to mention the immense amount of high grade zinc that only keeps growing. The Chinese have been in bed with Eritrea for years. The question is does Eritrea want to give them even more power than they already have in their own country.
