RE:New Mortgages for SCBSCB may will see applications it wouldn't have before, however they need to able to fund them.

The massive blow that is currently happening to HCG will have a knock on effect to SCB and others as investors will be leery of monolines.

SCB is already having issues raising funds for refinances, their interest rates are completely out of the market.

The Big 5 are being handed another gift.
