From that excerpt, it sounds as if every 6 months a third of the warrants expire; essentially becoming useless, not that they can can buy shares every 6 months. It's a unique aspect to the warrants imo compared to other bought deals the rest of this sector has been doing. Its basically forcing them to exercise their warrants or lose them. Pretty crazy idea of them becoming worthless if not converted. Says a lot about where mgmt sees their sp going if they feel the need to force execution of the warrants in 6 month increments instead of leaving it open for the 18 month duration.
