Apicore acquisition price

Finally get some transparency regarding acq. of Apicore. 60% ownership for $33 million, $20m for the remaining stake. I realize this deal was struck when Apicore was in the early stages...but wow!! $50m for a co. pulling in this kind of rev. is extremely favorable for Medicure.
