Cancellation of Annual General and Special Meeting

Can anyone shed any light on this? I've never seen this before. Are they cancelling (not postponing) the meeting that was scheduled for the 31st, or are they just eliminating something from an agenda? Maybe they feel like there might be something more material to speak about at the meeting after Q1? Just curious anyone's thoughts. Could be both a positive or negative thing.
