Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Possible lawsuit threatens purchase of Chestnut Hill FarmLOL... this is what I love about this clown. You can show him a news report that a huge tornado hit Leamington and destroyed their entire facility and it will take 4 years to rebuild and he just doesn't care. If it's not good news, he doesn't read it. What a guy.

And your point is??? APH has not given them a single dime of that 25 million dollars and will move forward with one of the other 3 states that they are in talks with until they get some clarity in Florida.
In the end, the Florida deal will go through.
