why doesn't new report on stock house?

why doesn't new report on stock house?Hello everyone, I'm stll considering buying some shares and if someone can just help answer some of my questions first, it would greatly be appreciated.

1)I had to find this news on yahoo.  why isn't it reported on SH.
2) why isn't it on Electra's twitter account?

3)Also if someone could please tell me why those shares were bought on the tri and not the tsxv?  Then the true volume isn't showing.  why?

4)how is a 2 million dollar sales deal nothing to this share price?  Shouldn't this one be trading around $.045 or so?
