Just a thought .

MrAnderson wrote: There are historical news releases that explain the relationship between HPQ and PYR for the Purevap but in a nutshell.  PYR owns the purevap technology.  HPQ has licenced the exclusive rights to that purevap tech for making silicon metal from quartz.  For that right HPQ pays PYR 10% of gross sales as a royalty. HPQ must also buy the systems and consulting from PYR.  PYR is free to sell purevap systems to other people for use in other forms of purification ( anything but quartz to silicone).   In my opinion that is a pretty good deal as 10% is a high royalty and we get paid to build the systems.

For current shareholders I would prefer a issuance of perferred shares or corporate bonds.
Even better would be obtaining a corporate loan or line of credit.
