Huge hints on AMI new website....If you look at the photos under the homepage text, there are a couple of things that excite me. One of them is a photo of a Tesla vehicle battery with the cover off to expose the internal modules which house the battery cells. In the podcast Larry says "the battery we will be dismantling in much larger" after talking about Apple batteries,
and the next photo that is very exciting is a hand holding a bright green 18650 cell with AMI's logo at the top and the words "Made with 100% recycled cathode" at the bottom under the three triangle universal logo for recycle. As far as we know, AMI has only produced working button cell batteries from recycled cathode materials. This MUST indicate that they have successfully produced working 18650 cells (the same cells used in Tesla Model S/X) using their cathode recycling process! I'm sure we will hear about it in a news release sooner or later!
cheers.
