Does *anyone* have the transcripts for the Court appearance this past week?
Does *anyone* know when the Receiver's web site will be updated with current info?
Does *anyone* have Schedule A - "Claims Procedure Order"?

If you don't want to post here, please message me!  Thanks!

PROtrading wrote: It's the "Claims Procedure Order" being put forth by the Receiver.  It's the MOST important document for all stakeholders here whether you are a Debsholders with very good changes at recovery or a common holder.

As I said, I don't have a lot of skin in the game here but enough to be very interested now that the 2bit scamming brokerage crook (likely hired by some "expert" in distressed oil, wink wink) made me refocus on this train wreck!

Anyone planning to be in court today in Calgary at 2pm?  Would love to get the transcripts.  If I had more skin in the game I would attend in person.  A bit of time for a LOT of information directly from the place where decisions are made.

It's my first debs liquidation, I normally try to exit but I felt 14 cents on the dollar was agreeing to getting gang raped by crooks so I said "no thanks".
