They are probably hoping to turn smb into a huge multinational oil corporation. In a couple years we may be thinking how the heck could we be worried about paying pennies for this company. Part of it is not understanding that the west is stagnant and spoiled and the East is becoming the drivers in the world economy. These Indian companies are very motivated.
