RE:Good or BadI too, was wondering about the premium.  It's some 20% higher than recent trading.  However, VSN touched $19 not too long ago in 2015.  In addition, they sold their power generation business to concentrate on the core operations.  However, I've not found anything anywhere to see if this is a reasonable price.  The only think I can think of is, if anyone out there is a part of Patrick McKeough's Inner Circle at TSI Network.  This is one of their recommendations too.  Maybe he can provide some thoughts on this.
