Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Legal Home Cultivation

RE:Legal Home CultivationMarbles, Maybe you missed it a few posts back, landlords will NOT allow tennants to grow, period! NOT indoors or outdoors. Owners will not risk losing their insurance or pay more  just to save a few bucks on pot, period! Most pot smokers smoke every day, it would not be worth it for them either to grow crappy weed and pay more on start ups and hydro bills. Gov will not go more than 4 plants, they would be shooting themselves in the foot..less taxes. And last the climate is limited to grow outdoors. Tokers want high quality period.

Why are you here again???

MarkAble wrote: Legal Home Cultivation has gotta hurt Big Pot. Think of it. Four plants per household times millions of households times times 3 to 4 harvests a year. The average toker doesn't require any more than that. And it saves them plenty. Grow your own shops will be booming. Who will want factory weed anyway? Big Pot just ain't cool. It's mainly owned by ex-politico's, hedge fund managers and ex vitamin salesmen.
