RE:RE:Anyone know why?Their debt load is around 52% of property values, its really around what most reits are. They have sold some buildings though and this is reducing cash flow, but also lowering the debt. 

They may issue a ton of shares this year though according to this news release.... SUBSEQUENT EVENTS AFTER DECEMBER 31, 2016 
On January 10, 2017, Cominar filed a short form base shelf prospectus allowing it to issue up to $1.0 billion in securities during the 25-month period that this prospectus remains valid.
