(Gordon Smith, Mike Waggett and Donald Myers), Donald G. Myers and the Company. Remuneration is $8,000 per month to Kego and $3,000 per month to Donald Myers. The duration of the agreements is from September 15, 1999 to February 15, 2000. I guess the contract ran out and they arn't doing the job anymore by the look of market.
