The Company 's gross profit increased by $1,051,846 from $1,758,452 in fiscal 2015 to $2,810,298 in fiscal 2016. Working capital, which is comprised of current assets less current liabilities, was $656,791 at December 31, 2016 compared to a working capital deficiency of $970,890 at December 31, 2015.

During the year ended December 31, 2016, the Company reported a net loss of $3,768,077 ($0.15 basic and diluted loss per share) compared to a net loss of $709,050 ($2.20 basic and diluted loss per share) during the year ended December 31, 2015. The listing cost associated with the RTO accounted for 76% of the net loss during the year ended December 31, 2016, and Nil% for the year ended December 31, 2015.

So 2.8M in loss is from the RTO which leaves 904K loss but at the same time they had a working capital deficiency of 970k in 2015.  Now they have a 656k assets less liabilities.

That is a 1.6M dollar swing but at teh same time the wording is a littel confusing?
