Regarding Croptimal...
The MOU provides for an exclusivity term of two years for the initial commercialization phase to ensure the rapid time-to-market and launch of a mature solution that will boost revenue and reduce expenses for the farmer
Croptimals goal is to achieve worldwide commercialization within four years and to leverage the global penetration to expand the scope of its service by collecting and analysing data from additional inline and off-line sensors.

The Company intends to initiate field tests and to collaboration with local farmers in Israel first, both through Netafim and its own channels to supply testing services
But we've also seen a Netafim representative saying that it'll take a year up to a year and a half to develop the database to properly use the system. Seeing as they 'commercialized' it in January this year, it would mean that only 6 months of the 'exclusivity term' will be left once they have finished developing the system's database... What does that mean? We have 6 months left by then to work with Netafim and then we're on our own? We have 6 months left and then Netafim will be selling the same system themselves? How is euo ALWAYS covered in mystery and ambiguity? No wonder the SP is performing like absolute dogsh*t...

Right on. And good luck trying to get any clear and concise replies from the CEO. Onky thing you will ever get from that **** is "No Comment", "I wont day anything its with SICPA now" or something about selective disclosure when it has nothing to do with it.
