It just depends on what kind of investment you want.  Deep discount value plays like this may never be noticed, but the risk / reward is good.

I have many momentum type plays I am impatient on but I like to keep some value plays for security with potential reward.  Another I like is ELC, which at dec 31 had 55 cents in NAV and trades at 40 cents... been buying since 22 cents.  A lot depends on mgmt, you have to trust them to be good stewards.  Something like the old PNP or AAB traded at a nice discount but had horrible selfish mgmt so the value was wasted.  I dont see that in SQG or ELC or other ones I have, but that's a risk.

To me if you want an automatic jump or payoff then this type is going to frustate you,  This is for the patient Buffet side of the portfolio... I buy cheap and just sit, as I think it is better than CAD in the bank and gives some stability to me spec portfolio.
