The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

Let's get back to the point kade, point is they raise 1.3million in 2016, do you think there 600% bonus that swallowed up that 1.3 million is justified. Leaving us with a cash call for 2017, whose accomplished what here? Is it not PYR that's coming with the breakthrough's. Do you see them taking 600% bonuses for what they accomplished? I understand a raise but that's ridiculous
