Home Capital asset sale

Home Capital asset saleFace it... there will be no buyout of Home Capital. They will sell off their best assets, kill the dividend, HOOPP and Home Capital insiders will end up on the winning end of the deal just as they have over the years. The common shareholder (you guys) are last on the list of people to be paid which means you get nothing here.

Housing market is at all time highs, GDP growth in Canada for the month of February had 3 of the 5 top growth areas in the real estate sector. Without our booming housing market we're in a recession. All the bankers know this and will not expose themselves to some of the toxic assets that Home Capital have. They will scalp the best and you guys get nothing.

I've seen this too many times this year. There is no saving Home Capital now. Short to zero is the only option.
