Nice sleuthing, wuggy. And you're spot on: People are really grabbing at straws to think this has anything to do with weakness in the share price. It's a petty dispute between a Pretium contractor and one of their subcontractors, as Ovsenek made clear. Happens all the time in big construction projects.

Don't let it stop you from celebrating this management team's remarkable accomplishment.
