In my opinion cutting isnt going to be a catalyst for NYX. I think NYX is uniquely positioned to capture a large portion of the regulated market. They expect that will unfold with double digit growth 10-13 percent but I believe NYX will outpace that number due to the depth and quality of services they provide. Its about signing new liscences, maintaining current business and becoming more efficient on margins . Paying down debt will come when it is prudent as cash position has increaced significantly which will qualifies them for better financing.
