RE:RE:Q1: Core Software Revenue up 106% with Cash Hoard of 41M…Given that Roggers took an impairment charge of over 100M trying to replicate what Espial does and failed.  Seems like ESP trading with an Enterprise Value of 50M or so is only half of the value that Roggers wrote off. 


You could quickly get into a bidding war if one larger party makes an offer for ESP.
