RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NYX market value vs OpenBet acquisition

"becoming more efficient on margins" in your own words equates to a cutting of costs and an increase in revenues at whatever level of the business you're looking at. Another way to see it is more output with the same or fewer inputs. Their EBITDA and gross margins are not good. They need to do better. With decreased costs whether by letting staff go, maintaining current costs while continuing to drive increases in revenues will do it. The increases in cash position will only come with lower or a levelling off of costs.

Not sure what the plan is for debt repayment. Do you?

Everything at the moment stems from cost containment, everything-- increases in margins, profitability, paying off debt with increases in cash. When institutions see this, they will invest.

Q4 was the firm taking a bath on goodwill especially on Chartwell and Cryptologic. They overpaid. I was personally in favour of the deal although I'm obviously not privy to the internal numbers. The deals look foolish in retrospect along with OnGame. AYA did a number on NYX and Davey fell for it. Aside from the OB purchase, all others purchases seem to have had a negative effect overall financially. Not sure about the operational side though. Open to others proving me wrong.

Let's hope the job postings on the NYX site remain unfilled and some staff move on.
Productivity needs to improve drastically. My 2 cents.
