Gee, I sure hope you are right but I can't see the share price recovering to 30 bucks plus anytime soon. That would require a huge increase in the price of WCS and a lot more confidence in the investor community than what HSE currently enjoys. I would be quite happy with a return to 20 bucks in the next while but so much damage has been done here. Once you completely eliminate the dividend then the pension funds will always be concerned that you can do it a second time. Mind you , compared to CVE our management now looks brilliant in comparison.
