RE:Pretium needs toPretium has an excellent relationship with natives peoples in the region. It's something that Quartermain set out to ensure from the very start of the project. This dispute is between a contractor and a subcontractor and is a tempest in a teapot, something most investors probably haven't even heard about. Disputes like this are common in large construction projects, and whenever a contractor is sued, the company that hired them is usually automatically included as a formality. If it's within management's power to mediate or settle it, I'm sure they will do so. Once again, nothing to do with the weakness in the share price, which is common as a company works through the inevitable bugs of commissioning a major new mine and mill. IMO this is a buying opportunity for anyone who isn't already fully positioned.
