RE:RE:Its pretty obviousIts not my favorite or the highest quality reit out there.. but it has been beaten down a lot and it cannot go to zero. It will stabilize, and over time the managment will get it heading higher or it will be bought out.

However, all one has to do is pull up a 3 month chart of this one and compare to several other reits's (dir, ax, sot, rei,nwh) and see that this one is severely underperforming AND that is what gets me concerned that it is something company specific. Dividend cut? Earnings? Something else?
