FD ceo

FD ceoI thought from the beginning (the day i bought into this company) that Andre is an excellent ceo who can make things moving. Indeed he does but the more it goes it seems it was at the expense of small investors like us. By accepting a 0.10$/share for debt swapping is by no means a good move. There are 2 possible reasons. First FGD don`t have enough cash and having a hard time or leverage to manage debt issues in order to accept such a deal. Or second that was part of his dealing strategy... Hard to tell. One thing for sure by issuing so much cheap shares one can understand why the SP is going down hill. FGD can do well in the future but that future has been push back from near (1 year) to mid term (2 to 3 years) ... really sad indeed for such a bright company in such a bright sector. Yes i did sold out all my shares.
