RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CRAFT: CJ + PLX + MEI shares (CJ pays dividend too)According to the Arrangement Agreement filed yesterday, if this is approved by shareholders at the meeting on June 5 then at the close of business June 6 we will get distributed the CJ + PLX + MEI shares.
