I agree with Banx that the price has become overwhelmingly compelling so I added.

Lots of shares outstanding do not make me nervous in fact the brokers love it. There has been no dilution here on this debt settlement, it was already baked in. Now we get to get the balance sheet further cleaned up.

Also, I certainly do not begrudge the placement of cheap shares into the hands of those participating from management side.....For the last month these are the same guys that delivered big time for the company with all the annoucements creating a super bright future. I doubt any of them would even think of blowing these shares into the market.

FGD firing on all cylinders as far as I am concerned.
