RE:RE:RE:Yes, although its hard to believe....Hi Blackpooch, I feel your frustrations in respect to the delay in completing a deal, and lack of information available to shareholders. Deals are a two way street, and we can't complete a deal without agreement from the counterparty, if they don't sign, then there is no deal, so far no one want's to do business on our terms. I'm ok with that, if Wilton is not happy with the terms, we do not want the deal. During negotiations you can't put out a news release about what you are doing, this would just invite the competition to get involved, that would kill any deal being worked on. in addition the exchange would not approve comment on current negotiations, they call that a "forward looking statement", would not allow it. So we wait, not happy about it, but little alternative, except to sell. Do not see where Wilton can do anything different to what they are doing.
