In mulling over why we are stuck below $2, I believe the primary reason is heightened concern about the economics of the project. Their EA in 2011 documented sufficient NPV to justify a share price floor of over $10/share; however it's mighty long in the tooth and there has been a lot significant changes that updated documentation would go a long way to moving things forward...IF the NPV is still positive enough to generate an ROI to bring in partners and get rolling. Why they haven't given this priority (updated EA) is sort of a mystery.
