RE:RE:3rd partyI do contract work for the city in which I live in. The city is massively in debt. The city is extremely dysfunctional to the point that it is very difficult to do any work for them without tearing your hair out in frustration. They are slowly destroying the actual city. They have a dysfunctional mindset that apparently is beyond hope of ever changing. Something like the old Soviet Union. I have seen this same dysfunctional mindset with the people who run Simba over the years. So I tend to agree with Dr. Freud that we are a long, long, long way from any drilling. Jmho
