Eagle Ford

Eagle FordIf they sell all of Eagle Ford(36,000 production) for a very modest 50000 per barrel the company would gain 1.8 Billion - enough to wipe out debt completely. They would be debt free and still have daily production of about 34,000.
For the quality of Eagle Ford Assets you would expect much more than $50,000 per barrel.

@60,000  = 2.16 Billion
@70,000 = 2.52 Billion
@80,000 = 2.88 Billion
@90,000 = 3.24 Billion

Suggests to me that Baytex is very undervalued and also explains why with any tourque on the Oil price that the stock should explode.
