RE:RE:RE:RE:Here are some recent NYX Gaming Group Ltd. analyst reportsIf you ever rode Cryptologic to almost $40 CDN from $8, Amaya to over $25CDN from 3, Chartwell to $9 CDN from 5 and Starnet to $22 from 6, you'll know that the online gaming space is a recipe to print money. I have made enough on these names for my life to be very comfortable and I appreciate every single one of the rides up.
NYX has the potential for the same. Stupid? Pretty harsh for someone who does not know me nor what I've been involved with in igaming. I would say you're leaping to a number of conclusions. Irrational? Am I saying something which is incorrect? If so, please point out. Then we can see what you're basing your statements on.
I will say this..... NYX management is creating a very "fat" company. It's bloated. My evidence? The Gross margins and EBITDA margins. NYX should be over 40% and will barely meet 30% by the end of the year. Say, did you check out both the OB and NYX twitter sites? Did you see all those great eventas they host? Granted they produce great places to work and foster a fabulous atmosphere. My take is all those people need to be more productive. Others need to be shown the door. Reason? The company is approaching a point whereby they may have difficulties paying off their debt. NYX is in a better position now granted relative to Q3.
I'm still in as I see the possibility of a multi-bagger from these levels. It's really ashame others within the company can't see the same. If CRYP/Chartwell/OnGAme were not purchased, NYX would not have needed to sink in tens of millions into those areas, hence, taking away from it's core NYX casino at the time. Tens of millions more were written down.
Management, specifically Davey is a very poor operator, or there's something else here people are missing. I've provided one possibility. Would Davey take this private? He certainly has the motive. Baazov tried the same, mind you under different circumstances but had a similar proportion of shares to Davey in their respective firms.
Bottom line, let it be known that I doubt you have even 5 minutes experience inside one of these firms. I've worked inside one for a few years and know the ins and outs fairly well. Oh, you may want to chek out my last company I invested in....... check out EDV.to . I bought in when it was AVR. My cost was .60. There was a 10:1 consolodation and now the firm is valued at over $20. It reached over 28. I took profits at $25. Not a bad return for 3 years.
I find undervalued firms and ride them. NYX was originally a 5 year hold for me when I first purchased. The costs are slowly starting to level off and revenues are projected to rise next quarter. I have faith although not as much as I did when first purchasing.
Irrational? Can you point out please? Ball in your court. At least I can say one thing with confidence, I don't have blinders on and don't cheer the firm on "willing" share price to move up as some here do.
