I understand all this. What I don't understand is dilution of shares moving forward of BCC. To me it looks like they do not have enough shares to raise capital etc down the road. It appears they will have to do a consolidation of at least 5 to 1. All well and good they be earning but I don't see nobody answering this question other that the obvious earnings to come etc out of the AZ acquisition.
