RE:RE:3 centWell apparently you don't get what the market cap stand for while comparing with UMB.
MMJ is already highly dilluted with respect to UMB. The market is treating them both failry and it will always favour the less outstanding shares ( the less the better).

Acquiring a late stage facility apparently doesn't mean shiiit since it might take up to 2 years for a company to be granted a license after even completion of the inspection which MMJ is very far away.

All what I am saying is investors have realized there is many safer play out there.

SP  has been declining recently from the pressure of selling if you have noticed $0.045 is about to lose support, I am mentionning fact here. hold your opinion to yourslef.
