MC down CAD 2 mil since Shamokin Ann

MC down CAD 2 mil since Shamokin AnnMC of about 10 mil was not that high as I think GLK should be and this MC stands for about CAD .08
Since GLK announced their real plans/forecast for this and common years MC still further goes down of about CAD 2 mil. --> I don't get it.
