RE:RE:RE:If you believe in management and their visionAgreed....equity raise is to be expected the way they've been buying up the pieces, but if you change from a previously announced deal to an offering that raises half the value of the previous deal, AND you pay with deeply discounted shares, AND YOU SAY IT'S FOR GENERAL OPERATING CAPITAL....that sets off alarms for me.

My theory: They had to give it away at $1.35 because they were desperate for OPERATING CAPITAL. Doesn't that sound like...."we needed to make payroll"? And why 20mil instead of 40? Did the original 40mil PP folks back out over the weekend after last week's dip so IMH had to scramble to keep the lights on?

I hope I'm wrong, and I invite anyone to tell me why my theory is garbage, but come on guys...get your $hit together. In the span of a month or so the share price is going to have a swing of nearly a dollar!!!
