I second this opinion. I have been in France and Spain for the last 2 weeks and the pollution is incredible in the large cities, Paris, Barcelona, Valencia and Bordeaux. My throat hurts from the diesel fumes. I bet that huge sales gains from Europe will lead sales from North America.
