I am just asking a question, if they were options or shares?

I am with NMX since 2012, sold once a small part when it got at 1.60$.
Bought back some time ago at 1,20$.

I am here for the long run, but it seems like a normal question.

Why does the big boss is selling pasrt of his shares? Is there someone who knows, I am not reading everything and I probably missed some infos. And I am not fully aware of those options...

So if someone is willing to anwser, without some kink of insult, I would be happy to listen
