Its Rosales Project includes 3444 hectares of 100% held mineral claims. The Yanso gold project in eastern San Juan Province, Argentina.

dabirdman, I just found out from the IR that despite trying to close the deal by tomorrow it is not going to happen then (it may take as long as end of May as you mentioned)...and maybe the stock action is an indication of that.
