SHARC Energy Systems C.SHRC

Alternate Symbol(s):  INTWF

SHARC International Systems Inc. is engaged in energy recovery from the wastewater the Company send down the drain every day. Its energy's systems recycle thermal energy from wastewater, generating energy and economical systems for heating, cooling & hot water production for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. Its products include SHARC Series and PIRANHA Series. The SHARC Series taps the potential of wastewater energy to reduce energy and water consumption, carbon emissions and energy costs at large, industrial scales. The SHARC utilizes the power of wastewater for both heating and cooling for the large capacity requirements of multi-family residential, commercial and energy districts. The PIRANHA Wastewater Heat Recovery & Cooling System is a specialized water-to-water heat pump that recovers energy directly from wastewater and uses this source energy to produce hot water. PIRANHA Series is typically used for potable domestic hot water (DHW) purposes.

RE:RE:Classic sell the news on hot technicals...Financials due at end of May? They just had financials on April 28th..

As far as project, you are correct, more is to be expected in BC. I was suprised to see so many multi-unit residential completed.

Anyways, onwards.

I kind of reluctantly sold half my IVN today 245% gain for a few thousand more here @ .25 ... I was bidding/betting we might make a higher low on the day ..I was wrong

Closed right where it should for healthy backtest support @ .24 right where it opened the 2 days prior
I don't think the break out is finished just cooling off on a day where selling momo took hold..  I bet we finish the week around .29

Realistically, much like the $60M USD contract we have with RENEW over 5 years, I highly doubt all 5 of the projects announced today will be done within this year .. I could be wrong and hopefully a couple are ... but the nature of this business and the magnitude of some of these projects (especially the District Energy Systems) involving many other trades & construction schedules can take more than a year.  An example is our project currently being installed at the Wall Centre was originally announced in 2015 ...not saying these ones will take that long and truth is I have no idea on timelines,  but I'm sure every circumstance is different and out of IWS control when they will be ready for us.

That said I don't expect that will be all we hear from the UK as keep in mind todays order for 5 SHARCS came from one entity ... there are many other irons in the fire over there as well.

In the short term what I think  will drive the pps is further project announcements and an ever increasing backlog that coincides and culminates with at least triple, possibly quaruple digit growth in YOY revenue

Incidentally, The Wall Financial Group (developers of the Wall Center) currently have no less than 3 more applications (3 seperate locations in the lower mainland) with the BC Utilities Commission (through their engineers) where sewage heat recovery is named for hot water & possibly heat.

I figured the UK would lead the charge and they have certainly demonstrated today they are embracing this tech... but  there should also be announcements coming this year for here in BC and likely more coming from the U.S.

Still can't believe we got that crown jewel down the street from Trump!
