You're suggesting that by exercising their options it would avoid dilution?
When you exercise an option, you get a share of stock which increases the number of shares outstanding.  What's your definition of dilution?Did you not get that Baxter sold a slug of his shares to raise the money they need?  You just qualified for my IGNORE list!!!
